Return Policy
At Pawfect Paws, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened pet food and treats
- Used pet beds, grooming products, or accessories
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
